7107 flavours

My dates for that day ... Tingting and Jen(:

We had quite a hard time finding the restaurant cos it is located outside of Marina Sq (not inside the air con)
That's why I don't like to shop at Marina Sq, so big ! It will probably took me 20 mins walking from one end to another. Lol
Later after we left, I realise that it was quite near to the MRT, you know after you went up the escalator to enter into Marina Sq after crossing the road. Where Seoul Garden is located, 7107 is at the very end.

Bar counter where they prepare alcoholic drink; buffet only during Sundays. Actually I'm quite interested to try out their buffet.

Mini stage with live band on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Imagine chilling and listening to your fav songs.. best of both world (: If only I go there 1 day later! I can just slack there with Ting and Jen.

Ya lah, after walking around. We were all so hungry ): Poor me only had chicken rice in sch in the afternoon, was dead hungry when I reached there.

Menu!! Hmmm I bet you all cant see right!

There's so many types to choose from(ALL TRADITIONAL FLAVOURS KAY!)..
We have like beef, chicken and seafood. Oh fyi it was OUR virgin attempt of trying a Philippine cuisine therefor all the names are like alien to us -__-

In the end we asked Jackie (dining supervisor) to introduce us some of the famous dishes. We decide on Kaldereta(Beef), Sugpo Sa Aligue(Seafood), Sisig (Appetizer), Garlic rice and Adobo rice...

Left to Right : Green Mango, Ripe Mango and Drink of the Mth - Mixed fruit. I swear they have the best mango juice everrrrr! Taste just like crushed mango with some ice/water. Unlike those diluted ones. Totally 5 stars for the Ripe Mango juice.

Ting wanted to try their alcoholic drinks. Jackie recommended "Summer in Boracay" Fyi; name after a beach in Philippine

According to Ting, she said its " Very Alcoholic". Good for her and bad for me ): Drinking is totally a turn off after I "merlion-ed" at the Chalet mths ago.

Compulsive drinker and clubber -__-

I only can take picture with the beautiful drink.

Garlic rice - smells totally like chicken rice

My fav rice, Adobo rice - cooked with vinegar, soy sauce and garlic. Damn yummy!
You can also choose chicken adobo/pork adobo.

Ensaladang Mangga - Green mango slices topped with tomatoes and home made shrimp paste.
(I know, mango again right!!)

Mix the paste. Jen said this dish was the nicest among the rest. Me like the tomato.

Sisig (Appetizer). I couldn't take a photo of the egg yolk on top. Jackie helped us mix it tgt.
In Philippine, they used all part of the pork eg; ears (YUCK!) But don't worry, due to our culture here, they only serve pork belly. Best seved with beer.

Kaldereta(Beef). Hmm, this dish was ok, I didn't had much of it cos i think it has a strong beef taste.

Sugpo Sa Aligue(Seafood)

So full and satisfy .. then it was time for dessert!!!

Again, Jackie helped us choose the famous desserts. We had Brazo de Mercedez, Leche Flan and Maja Blanca

Left to Right: Brazo de Mercedez (taste like marshmallow) its actually egg white and sugar!, Leche Flan - cute custard cake with a cherry on top and Maja Blanca - It's Filipino native dessert made of corn and coconut cream. What makes it so special? Saw that yellow thingy on top? It's cheese! so imagine sweet mix with a bit of saltiness

Yep, after our dinner we moved to the outdoor seat to have our dinner. They staff there were so nice to set up a table table outside. The outdoor seat is slightly more quiet than the indoor, so it's a good idea to sit outside for a girls talk.

Alien eye ): Left eye keep tearing throughout my dinner hence I rush down to get another pair. Ugly!!
Never ever buy Maxi lens, freaking 33 bucks and it doesn't even cover my whole pupil -__- wtf

Me and Jackie

Ending off with a group photo of us (: Special thanks to 7107 Flavours for being such a great host and Chilloutsingapore for letting us have this wonderful experience dinning at 7107 (:
I'm missing the mango juice alr! HAHA!
